We had a wonderful stay. Very clean, spacious, amenable for good conversations and connections, especially on the large sectional couch. Plenty of bedrooms/baths and good quality beds for a comfortable stay. Open, airy, welcoming vibe.

My second time at this property. cannot beat the location with walkability to north park and south park. and its a great size that held two families of 4 for a long weekend visit.

This house is ideally situated between the commercial nodes of the North Park and South Park neighborhoods of San Diego; and close enough to Balboa Park to take a run through it right from the house. The space more than met our needs as a family of 7 adults, and Stephanie is a very responsive and proactive host. We would stay here again, and highly recommend it! And the beds were REALLY comfy!

We had a wonderful stay at this North Park property! The location is absolutely ideal—within walking distance to all the great restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries that North Park and South Park have to offer. Street parking was a breeze, which is always a plus in San Diego.
The home itself was fantastic. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, and the kitchen came stocked with everything we needed to prepare meals. We appreciated how well-equipped it was! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet you're just minutes from I-5 via Pershing, making it super convenient to explore other parts of the city.
The property did have a slight musty smell when we first arrived, but after opening some windows and letting it air out, it was totally fine. We didn't get a chance to enjoy the backyard this trip, but it looked lovely and we'd definitely make use of it next time.
Overall, this is a great home base for exploring the area, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend

I recently came back from a family trip. Stephanie’s space was great for the 6 of us. Everyone had more than enough room. With very spacious common areas. It was located conveniently between North and South Park neighborhoods which was a quick three min drive to either one. Both of these neighborhoods had great restaurants, coffee shops and breweries. But being between the two neighborhoods was convenient because it made street parking available in front of the house. I had a few questions during my stay and Stephanie answered within minutes which made things stress free. All and all I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to San Diego

We had an amazing 1-month stay at Stephanie's home. The unit was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet part of North Park while still within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Balboa Park. Throughout our stay Stephanie was extremely responsive and helpful, quickly resolving any issues that came up (of which we had very few). I would absolutely recommend this home to my friends and family visiting the area, especially for a long-term stay!

This has been a very pleasant stay for us.
The house is in a very peaceful neighborhood and there are parks within walking distance.
It is about 5 mins to Balboa Park and the zoo by car. We didn’t need to rent a car for the first half of our stay and instead used Uber.
House is very bright and the birds near the tree sing beautifully every morning.
Stephanie was always very responsive and solved any issues that came up immediately.
We enjoyed our stay very much.
