Welcome to our farmhouse where modern amenities meet Texas charm. Walking distance to some of the best restaurants and bars that trendy East Austin has to offer. As lovers of the food and bar scene we can’t recommend Whistlers, Lazarus, Suerte and Counter Cafe enough! While this is our home, we love to share the space while we are traveling, and allow others to experience the great city of Austin. The 2 workstations backyard & patio make it a perfect place to be home away from home.

NO PARTIES, NO PETS, NO SMOKING, MUST BE 25+ to BOOK. NO GLITTER or CONFETTI extra cleaning fees will apply if you neglect to respect this rule. If you bring more people than reflected on your reservation you will be asked to leave without a refund. If you bring a pet of any kind you will be asked to leave without a refund. East Austin is one of the trendiest neighborhoods in Austin with amazing restaurants, cool bars & breweries, live music, and of course some of the best Barbecue in Texas . It's a very walkable neighborhood close to the trail and town lake and a quick Uber to downtown, Rainey St. and South Congress.
