Good to know

The bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and HUGE walk-in closet for tons of storage. The couch in the living room pulls out into a bed and is SO comfy. You also get a tandem parking space (2 spots are yours) in our large, gated driveway. Also, be sure to check out the comfy sitting area and use the BBQ to cook up some tasty dinner in the sunshine! Please note this is an upstairs unit so we ask you to be aware of your noise during 10pm-8am and be a courteous neighbor. We provide a starter pack of coffee, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper and paper towels. Once the starter pack runs out the guest will be responsible for replacement.

Noise complaints constitute a violation. 3. There is no smoking of any kind (tobacco, marijuana, hookah) on the property. The fine is $1,000.

We had an amazing 1-month stay at Stephanie's home. The unit was clean, comfortable, and located in a quiet part of North Park while still within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and Balboa Park. Throughout our stay Stephanie was extremely responsive and helpful, quickly resolving any issues that came up (of which we had very few). I would absolutely recommend this home to my friends and family visiting the area, especially for a long-term stay!

This has been a very pleasant stay for us. The house is in a very peaceful neighborhood and there are parks within walking distance. It is about 5 mins to Balboa Park and the zoo by car. We didn’t need to rent a car for the first half of our stay and instead used Uber. House is very bright and the birds near the tree sing beautifully every morning. Stephanie was always very responsive and solved any issues that came up immediately. We enjoyed our stay very much.
